David has completed almost 100 private capital market transactions throughout his career. Assignments have included many segments of the technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) business and other companies providing b-to-b services. A testament to the way he has always conducted business, he completed multiple transactions for a number of clients over a period of years.
He currently serves on several Boards where he contributes to the companies’ strategic growth. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Chambers Capital Ventures. CCV, through its subsidiaries The Einstein Bridge and The Turing Forge, provides business development and implementation projects through the tech and AI world. He is on the Advisory Board of WowYow, an ad-tech company with proprietary artificial intelligence technology used to monetize digital video content.
David is also on the Board of Directors of The Hangar Creative, LLC, which is developing a large rehearsal complex for performing artists. He has previously served on the Board of Directors of NC Brands LP (originally Natural Chemistry, Inc.), which was sold in early 2019, as well as other private and public Boards.
In addition, he has been a successful entrepreneur, having been a founding partner at JetBroadband, LLC (acquirer of cable television systems in Virginia and West Virginia) and Geothermal Management Services LLC (operator of the Stillwater geothermal power plant near Reno, Nevada).
David holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and B.S. and M.Eng’g degrees in electric power engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, with an undergraduate minor in economics. He was awarded an American Electric Power fellowship for his graduate engineering studies.
